The Right Choice of Board Comes First

Keju moisture-resistant wood uses polymer resin powder and natural wood powder as its core materials, which are mixed at high temperature, meltblended, and extruded through precision molds. This perfectly compensates for the shortcomings of wooden materials such as moisture sensitivity, easy deformation, and limited specialshaped processing.

▋▎ Waterproof & Anti& mildew: The raw materials are mixed, melted, and extruded through molds to form an integrated structure. During shaping, water immersion cooling is applied, giving the material an inherent resistance to water.

▋▎ Eco- friendly & Antibacterial: Keju moisture-resistant wood has a formaldehyde emission of only 0.025 mg/m³, meeting the ENF environmental protection standard. The substrate surface is laminated with PP antibacterial film using PUR hotmelt adhesive, and it holds SIAA antibacterial certification. It inhibits the activity of viruses attached to the product surface, effectively ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. It has been widely used in many medical and educational institutions across China.

No Deformation or Cracking: The dimensional stability of Keju moisture-resistant wood is controlled within 0.2%, making deformation fluctuations negligible. Whether in spring, summer, autumn, or winter, or in different regions of the country, it adapts to various complex climate conditions and consistently delivers quality performance.

Strong Alliance, Deep Cooperation

In 2016, Colourful and Keju established deep cooperation. Together, they began a laminating process reform, jointly training operators of hotmelt adhesive equipment. The line speed increased from about 10 meters per minute with initial cold-glue laminating to over 30 meters per minute with current PUR hot- melt laminating.

Keju now has a complete laminating and processing production center, with laminating production lines becoming the dominant force in Keju's product processing. Currently, Keju owns more than 20 Colourful CLF- PUR350AZ hot- melt laminating production lines, including nearly 10 large- scale PUR wide- board and door- frame laminating lines. This gives Keju strong surface- treatment processing capabilities, enabling them to offer a rich variety of high- quality, eco- friendly engineered materials for various applications.
