02 Plywood

Plywood is commonly known as a fine core board in the home industry, which is made of wood segments cut into veneer or thin wood by wood planing, and then glued with adhesive into three or more layers of plate material, usually with odd layers of veneer, and the fiber direction of the adjacent layer of veneer is vertically glued to each other. Plywood construction is simple, is currently hand-made furniture commonly used materials. However, its stability is poor, it is easy to deform, and it is not suitable for one-sided parts, such as cabinet doors.

03 Joinery board

Joinery board refers to a special plywood made on the basis of plywood production, which is made of wood strip splicing or hollow board as a core board, covered with two or more layers of plywood on both sides, and pressed by glue. The characteristics of the joinery board are mainly determined by the core board structure, and are widely used in furniture manufacturing, sewing machine table, carriage, ship production and construction industry. But its formaldehyde release is generally high, easy to warp deformation, affect the appearance and use effect.

04 Density Board

The density board is made of wood fiber or other vegetable fiber as raw material, which is mainly used for the production of finished furniture, but also for laminate wood flooring, door panels, partition walls, etc. Its material uniformity, vertical and horizontal strength difference is small, not easy to crack. However, the moisture resistance is poor, the nail holding force is poor, the strength is not high, and the height of the furniture can not be too high.

05 Pellet board

Particle board is also called particleboard, bagasse board, made of wood or other lignocellulosic materials, the application of adhesive under the action of heat and pressure into the wood-based board, also known as the chip board. Mainly used in furniture manufacturing and construction industry and train, car carriage manufacturing. Because the particleboard structure is more uniform, the processing performance is good, it can be processed into a large sheet according to the need, and it is the best raw material for making different specifications and styles of furniture. But it also has its inherent shortcomings, because the edge is rough and easy to absorb moisture, so the furniture edge sealing process made of particleboard is particularly important.
