Type of coating machine


Universal coating machine is generally divided into cold glue and hot glue two types.

Cold glue coating machine: use liquid glue. Liquid glue can be divided into solvent glue and water-based glue, glue coating methods have two kinds of scraper and roll coating. The volatile solvent adhesive is scraped and coated, and the rubber box is easy to be sealed to prevent the volatilization of the coated adhesive. Water-based adhesive and solvent adhesive with small volatility are generally applied by roller, which is easy to operate.





Hot glue coating machine: hot glue is divided into two kinds, EVA particle glue, melting temperature of about 200℃, suitable for coating solid wood skin and decorative paint paper; PUR hot melt adhesive, melting temperature is about 120℃, play a role in blocking air, suitable for MDF, solid wood, wood plastic, door cover and other line surface coating PVC film, coated paper, wood skin, CPL, leather, aluminum foil, copper foil and other roll fabric.



Coating material


Coating materials are generally divided into two types: base material and veneer material

First, the substrate: wood grain, medium density board, wood plastic, plastic steel, PVC, aluminum and other substrates. For regular line profiles, there can be grooves and surfaces, but each point needs to be a straight line in the longitudinal direction, with a certain pressure resistance, and the length is generally more than 40 meters centimeters to infinite length.

The second is the veneer material: PVC decorative film, decorative paper, solid wood skin, composite aluminum film and so on. The width is determined according to the needs of the substrate and the selected machine, generally less than 50cm.
