What is wood bark?
Veneer, usually refers to the thin slice cut from the log square, so it is also called thin wood. Because the veneer comes from wood, it comes with a variety of exquisite wood grain, as for the types of veneer grain, it is related to different wood species and various cutting methods (such as diagonal mountain grain, longitudinal straight grain, etc.).
Veneer coating process
Veneer coating process (colloquially speaking, veneer coating) refers to the use of special coating adhesive after the molding of the line, through the coating machinery and equipment, the veneer is covered on the surface of the line.

There are two kinds of coating methods:
01 Machine Sticker
The use of PUR hot melt coating machine is suitable for wood veneer thickness of about 0.3mm, short time and good pressing effect.
02 Manual Paste
Manual veneer is generally suitable for veneer thickness below 0.3mm, too thick veneer is not suitable for manual veneer.
