02 Exhibited Equipment

 

CLF‑BT60 Laser Edge Band Back Coating Machine

 

This equipment is specifically designed for pre‑coating glue onto laser edge bands. The main machine consists of a frame, edge band unwinding device, operation cabinet, doctor blade unit (continuous glue applicator), cooling system, film guiding device, and edge band rewinding device.

 

 

Features:

1、Progressive heating and melting: The heating plate is located at the bottom of the glue container. When the heating plate heats up, only the bottom layer of the glue in contact with the heating plate reaches its melting point and melts. The upper part of the glue does not melt at this time, achieving the requirement of melting only as much as needed for production.

 

2、Teflon protective coating: The entire surface of the heating plate is coated with a Teflon layer to prevent carbonization, ensure optimal glue quality, and reduce clogging.

 

3、Stepless glue output adjustment: The motor controlling the precision gear pump uses a stepless inverter speed control, allowing precise output control.

 

4、User‑friendly main motor operation: When the temperature of the heating plate has not reached the set value on the temperature controller, the main motor cannot start, preventing operator errors.

 

5、Filter screen inside heating tank: Effectively filters impurities from the glue, ensuring stable glue output and impurity‑free application.

 

6 、Heating plate bottom signal indicator: A limit switch is installed below the main air tank. When the pressure plate reaches the bottom of the container, the limit switch sends a signal and a yellow indicator light turns on. At this point, a new glue container should be prepared. A glue storage groove at the bottom of the glue container holds enough glue for the production line to continue working before the new glue is melted, avoiding downtime for glue changes.

 

7、Continuous glue feeding: Improves production efficiency, suitable for large‑scale and continuous production processes.

 

CLF‑PUR350CNC‑15Q Fully Automatic CNC Laminating Machine

 

This machine is the fifth‑generation product in our company's laminating machine series. It has a national invention patent and holds a leading technical position among similar international products. It is specially designed for laminating PVC film, laminating paper, wood veneer, CPL, leather, aluminum foil, copper foil, and other roll materials onto the surfaces of PVC plastic window & door profiles and aluminum alloy profiles.

 

 

 

Performance Features:

1.This machine uses PUR reactive hot‑melt adhesive. It has a high production speed of up to 65 meters per minute. It is solvent‑resistant and has excellent weather resistance, with no adhesive failure at temperatures between -40°C and 140°C. The adhesive application amount is controlled by the PLC, achieving precision and glue savings.

 

2.First‑time memory CNC wheel adjustment. The substrate is positioned by a CNC sliding table. Dual rolls with automatic film splicing, drive wheel slot positioning, linear shape automatic memory, and automatic reset with a reset time of about 5 minutes. Standard configuration includes continuous glue applicator, brush dust removal, primer application device, fluorescence detection device, and protective film attachment device.

 

CLF‑PUR 650 CNC CNC Laminating Machine

 

This machine is suitable for laminating the surfaces of MDF boards, particle boards, PB boards, calcium silicate boards, magnesium oxide boards, PVC foam boards, aluminum panels, WPC doors, etc., in the width range of 50‑600mm, with roll materials such as PVC film, laminating paper, wood veneer, CPL, leather, aluminum foil, and copper foil.

 

 

 

Performance Features:

1.This machine is a CNC unit with memory function for processed board dimensions. When the same product is produced again, the previous data can be recalled directly. Each dimension change takes only about 5 minutes, greatly reducing setup time. It features dual‑roll unwinding with automatic film splicing, and an automatic tension compensation system for PVC film and other surface materials to maintain constant tension during production. Standard configuration includes Siemens servo system, Siemens PLC, frequency converter, and touch screen.

2.This machine uses PUR reactive hot‑melt adhesive with a scraping application method. It can laminate the front surface and both side edges of boards, with a high production speed of up to 30 meters per minute. It is solvent‑resistant and has excellent weather resistance, with no adhesive failure at temperatures between -40°C and 140°C. The adhesive application amount is controlled by the PLC, achieving precision and glue savings.

 

3.Equipped with a 55‑gallon glue applicator. Optional features include automatic film splicing, brush dust removal, primer application device, PVC film corona treater, and protective film attachment device.
