Fully Automatic CNC Laminating Machine

This machine is the fifth‑generation product in our company's laminating machine series. It has a national invention patent and holds a leading technical position among similar international products. It is specially designed for laminating roll materials such as PVC film, laminating paper, wood veneer, CPL, leather, aluminum foil, and copper foil onto the surfaces of PVC plastic window & door profiles and aluminum alloy profiles.

Performance Features

1.This machine uses PUR reactive hot‑melt adhesive, offering a high production speed of up to 65 meters per minute. It is solvent‑resistant and has excellent weather resistance, with no adhesive failure at temperatures between -40°C and 140°C. The adhesive application amount is controlled by the PLC, achieving precision and glue savings.

2.First‑time memory CNC wheel adjustment. The substrate is positioned by a CNC sliding table. Dual rolls with automatic film splicing, drive wheel slot positioning, linear shape automatic memory, and automatic reset with a reset time of about 5 minutes. Standard configuration includes a continuous glue applicator, brush dust removal, a primer application device, a fluorescence detection device, and a protective film attachment device.
