CLF-CP350 Line Side Laminating Machine

 

This machine consists of two parts: the main splicing unit and the automatic feeder. It applies hot‑melt adhesive (EVA or PUR) to two wooden strips or similar materials and presses them together to form an L‑shape. The feeder can stack workpieces up to 300 mm high, one on top of another. The workpieces must be stackable. At the outlet of the feeding table, there is a height‑adjustable control gate that allows only one workpiece to pass through. The feeding system uses a 600 mm long pneumatic device to push the front end of the workpiece into the next piece of equipment, enabling that equipment to transport the workpiece.

 

 

Performance Features

 

1.The pusher can be installed in different positions according to the length of the workpiece. All processes are automatic and controlled by the machine panel.

 

2.The hot‑glue applicator head for the side profile comes with a manually adjustable profile tray for automatic feeding. The glue application wheel has an integrated pressure zone with independent electronic speed control, allowing the main profile and side profile to be combined synchronously.

 

3.The continuous glue applicator saves glue: it avoids waste from residual glue in the hose and glue container during glue changes, saving approximately 1 kg of PUR glue each time. It enables continuous production: the laminating machine does not need to be stopped during glue changes, allowing continuous glue addition and supply, suitable for continuous production lines. Glue pump protection: the motor cannot start when the heating plate temperature is below the lower limit. Over‑temperature alarm: an indicator light alerts when the temperature of any heated part exceeds the upper limit. Low glue level alarm: an indicator light alerts when the amount of glue in the container is nearly exhausted.
