Door Frame Laminating Machine

This machine is the fourth‑generation product in our laminating machine series. It holds a national utility model patent and is technically leading among similar international products. The maximum laminating width is 450 mm. It has wide applications and is suitable for laminating roll materials such as PVC film, laminating paper, wood veneer, CPL, leather, aluminum foil, and copper foil onto the surfaces of PVC plastic window & door profiles, aluminum alloy profiles, MDF, solid wood, wood‑plastic composites, door frames, and other linear profiles.

Performance Features

1．This machine uses PUR reactive hot‑melt adhesive, with a high production speed of up to 65 meters per minute. It is solvent‑resistant and has excellent weather resistance, with no adhesive failure at temperatures between -40°C and 140°C. The adhesive application amount is controlled by the PLC, achieving precision and glue savings.

2．This machine achieves rapid product changeover by moving molds quickly and stably through a linear guide slide method. Each changeover takes about 5 minutes. This quick‑change structure offers good stability, saves time, and reduces floor space. The machine comes standard with a one‑way feeding device for convenient and fast material delivery, as well as a movable feed/return handle for easy adjustment. Standard configuration also includes a continuous glue applicator and an automatic film splicing device. Optional features include brush dust removal, a primer application device, a PVC film corona treater, a single‑side slide device, and a protective film attachment device.

3．The machine has a standard length of 6 meters and a maximum passing height of 220 mm. It can be extended by 3 meters on request, which is convenient for laminating taller door frames.
