Performance Features

This machine is used to trim the excess film at the head and tail ends of panels in the length direction after the panel laminating and cutting process. The conveyor rollers are covered with wear‑resistant and solvent‑resistant rubber to prevent scratching the panel surface and ensure smoother operation. Two cutting heads work simultaneously. One head is fixed at the outlet end and is used for trimming the front end. The other head is equipped with a servo motor and linear guide, and moves according to the set panel length to trim the rear end. The adjustable range is 500–4000mm. High‑speed motors are used together with circular blades for trimming.

During operation, the panel stops at this station. The machine is also equipped with a centering device, making it suitable for processing panels of different widths. Through the acceleration of the front and rear conveyors and the machine's own conveyor, the production cycle time of the entire line is achieved.
