Recently, our company developed and launched a new double‑side 360° integrated hot‑melt laminating machine, and successfully completed the acceptance test at our factory. This marks a new step forward for our company in the R&D and manufacturing of laminating equipment.





During the acceptance process, our technical staff demonstrated the equipment operation procedure to the customer in detail, tested each function one by one, and provided professional answers to the customer’s questions.

The CLF-EVA/PUR1000/1300 Double‑Side CNC Laminating Machine is mainly used for 360° double‑side flat lamination of panels. It can use either EVA or PUR adhesive to meet different requirements.




When integrated with supporting equipment such as a gantry feeder, CNC laminating machine, gantry stacker, and discharge machine, the CLF-EVA/PUR1000/1300 can form a highly automated production line. The maximum production speed can reach 40 m/min, helping enterprises increase production capacity and product quality.



Performance Features



1.Equipped with a domestically original and patented 130‑kg screw‑type glue supply system, effectively preventing glue carbonization with high efficiency. The upper dual‑roll and lower dual‑roll film unwinding systems feature automatic film positioning, automatic roll change, automatic deviation correction, and automatic constant tension, enabling automatic film splicing and non‑stop film change with automatic deviation correction.


2.Equipped with two sets of high‑precision coating doctor blades, each 1.3 meters long, using seven‑zone temperature control technology for precise glue application.


3.In the pressing mechanism, there is one pair of steel rollers and one pair of rubber rollers with a diameter of 410 mm. Both sides of the machine use a servo system combined with ball screws, making the entire unit adjustable. Combined with a hydraulic dual‑power system, it achieves automatic control of lamination thickness and stable pressure maintenance. At the same time, the four rollers are heated using circulating thermal oil provided by a temperature control unit, ensuring precise temperature control.


4.For materials with the same profile, when the panel thickness and width change, the machine can memorize the data and achieve menu‑style one‑key operation for automatic adjustment, greatly improving processing flexibility and production efficiency.


5.The automatic seam alignment device easily performs profile‑matching seam alignment for the bottom and transverse directions. The secondary repressing machine uses a servo system for automatic thickness setting with uniform pressure. The equipment is also equipped with an automatic snapping machine, which flexibly adapts to snapping operations for panels of various sizes, offering flexible and simple operation.
