The Laser Edge Band Back Coating Machine consists of: an operation screen and electrical control system, a screw‑type glue applicator, a doctor blade unit, a cooling system, a dual flat edge‑band unwinding device, an automatic edge‑band splicing device, an automatic edge‑band joint detection device, and an automatic edge‑band rewinding device.

Main Functions
1.Operation Screen and Electrical Control
Equipped with IoT functionality, allowing remote viewing of equipment production status, output, and temperature settings via mobile phone or computer.
The entire line features one‑key operation for convenient and fast control. The PLC automatically controls the thickness of the glue applied to the edge band based on changes in coating speed and width, keeping it constant.
2.Screw‑Type Glue Applicator
Uses a 1.5 kW servo motor directly connected to a single‑screw for glue melting. Fast melting, no yellowing of the glue, easy color change, saving glue and time.
3.Doctor Blade Unit
Made of imported steel, providing uniform glue application. The glue outlet opening is equipped with a scale, and the entire doctor blade can be fine‑adjusted horizontally and vertically for precise glue coating control.
4.Cooling System
Equipped with both air cooling and water cooling to improve cooling efficiency.
5.Dual Flat Edge‑Band Unwinding Device
Provides an extra edge‑band unwinding station to increase work efficiency. Includes tension control.
