Aluminum is a silvery‑white light metal. The content of aluminum in the earth’s crust ranks third, after oxygen and silicon. Aluminum is the most abundant metal element in the earth’s crust. It is ductile and has high load‑bearing capacity, making it very suitable as a raw profile for all‑aluminum furniture.
All‑aluminum furniture, with its unique design and high‑quality manufacturing processes, has become the first choice for modern people seeking style and comfort. It not only provides visual enjoyment for consumers but also offers a long‑lasting, like‑new experience. Aluminum alloy materials have good strength and corrosion resistance, allowing the furniture to withstand long‑term use and heavy loads without easily deforming or fading. Its lightweight yet sturdy characteristics make moving the furniture more convenient, providing greater flexibility and freedom for the layout of living spaces.
All‑aluminum furniture, with its environmentally friendly, stylish, and durable features, is gradually becoming a new favorite in the home furnishing market. It not only satisfies consumers’ pursuit of home aesthetics but also contributes to environmental protection. In the future, as people’s requirements for home environments continue to rise, the market prospects for all‑aluminum furniture will become even broader.
As a high‑quality automation solution provider for surface laminating equipment, Colourful has established strategic cooperation with several all‑aluminum furniture enterprises, including Chinalco Greenlu Meichao, Southwest Aluminum Group, Liaoning Zhongwang All‑Aluminum Smart Furniture, and Dalian Fuxing Aluminum, providing them with flat laminating and profile laminating equipment to help upgrade and develop the all‑aluminum home furnishing industry.

CLF-PT1300
Flat Laminating Machine
This machine is a roller‑coating gluing unit that applies adhesive to the panel surface. It can laminate roll materials such as PVC film, laminating paper, wood veneer, CPL, leather, aluminum foil, and copper foil onto the surfaces of MDF boards, particle boards, PB boards, calcium silicate boards, magnesium oxide boards, PVC foam boards, aluminum panels, and WPC doors. At the same time, it can also bond single‑sheet materials such as acrylic sheets, single‑piece wood veneer, PET sheets, and fireproof boards.
Performance Features
This machine uses PUR reactive hot‑melt adhesive. It is solvent‑resistant and has excellent weather resistance, with no adhesive failure at temperatures between -40°C and 140°C. It is equipped with a 55‑gallon glue applicator.
This machine consists of feeding with dust removal, substrate preheating, glue coating, sheet combining and conveying, pressing, and discharge conveying. The glue coating unit is available in two types: a two‑roller coater, suitable for materials that do not require extremely high coating precision; and a three‑roller coater, which adds a reverse ceramic roller to level the glue, suitable for high‑gloss materials such as PET that require high coating accuracy.
CLF-PUR1300CNC
CNC Panel Laminating Machine
This machine is suitable for laminating the surfaces of MDF boards, particle boards, PB boards, calcium silicate boards, magnesium oxide boards, PVC foam boards, aluminum panels, WPC doors, etc., in the width range of 300‑1220mm, with roll materials such as PVC film, laminating paper, wood veneer, CPL, leather, aluminum foil, and copper foil.
Performance Features
1.This machine is a CNC unit with memory function for processed board dimensions. When the same product is produced again, the previous data can be recalled directly. Each dimension change takes only about 5 minutes, greatly reducing setup time. An automatic film splicing device is optional. It is equipped with an automatic tension compensation system for PVC film and other surface materials to maintain constant tension during production. Standard configuration includes a Siemens servo system, Siemens PLC, frequency converter, and touch screen.
2.This machine uses PUR reactive hot‑melt adhesive with a scraping application method. It can laminate the front surface and both side edges of boards, with a high production speed of up to 30 meters per minute. It is solvent‑resistant and has excellent weather resistance, with no adhesive failure at temperatures between -40°C and 140°C. The adhesive application amount is controlled by the PLC, achieving precision and glue savings.
3.Equipped with a 55‑gallon glue applicator. Optional features include automatic film splicing, brush dust removal, a primer application device, a PVC film corona treater, and a protective film attachment device.
