CLF-PUR350CNC‑29 Fully Automatic CNC Laminating Machine

This machine is the fifth‑generation product in our laminating machine series. It holds a national invention patent and is technically leading among similar international products. It has wide applications and is suitable for laminating roll materials such as PVC film, laminating paper, wood veneer, CPL, leather, aluminum foil, and copper foil onto the surfaces of PVC window & door profiles, aluminum alloy profiles, MDF, solid wood, wood‑plastic composites, door frames, and other linear profiles.

Performance Features

● This machine uses PUR reactive hot‑melt adhesive, with a high production speed of up to 65 meters per minute. It is solvent‑resistant and has excellent weather resistance, with no adhesive failure at temperatures between -40°C and 140°C. The adhesive application amount is controlled by the PLC, achieving precision and glue savings.

● First‑time memory CNC wheel adjustment. The substrate is positioned by a CNC sliding table. Dual rolls with automatic film splicing, drive wheel slot positioning, linear shape automatic memory, and automatic reset with a reset time of about 5 minutes. Customers can choose machines configured with 30, 46, or 58 robotic arms according to their needs, achieving the best cost‑performance ratio. Optional features include a continuous glue applicator, brush dust removal, a primer application device, and a protective film attachment device.

CLF-BT80D Laser Edge Band Back Coating Machine

Consists of an operation screen and electrical control system, a screw‑type glue applicator, a doctor blade unit, a cooling system, a dual flat edge‑band unwinding device, an automatic edge‑band splicing device, an automatic edge‑band joint detection device, and an automatic edge‑band rewinding device.

Performance Features

● Equipped with IoT functionality, allowing remote viewing of equipment production status, output, and temperature settings via mobile phone or computer.

● The entire line features one‑key operation for convenient and fast control. The PLC automatically controls the thickness of the glue applied to the edge band based on changes in coating speed and width, keeping it constant.

● Uses a 1.5 kW servo motor directly connected to a single‑screw for glue melting. Fast melting, no yellowing of the glue, easy color change, saving glue and time.

● Made of imported steel, providing uniform glue application. The glue outlet opening is equipped with a scale, and the entire doctor blade can be fine‑adjusted horizontally and vertically for precise glue coating control.

● Equipped with both air cooling and water cooling to improve cooling efficiency.

● Provides an extra edge‑band unwinding station to increase work efficiency. Includes tension control.

● Uses infrared detection to automatically splice two rolls of edge bands, enabling continuous production without stopping.

● Uses an infrared sensor to detect the joint position and automatically lifts and resets the glue coating head, allowing continuous production without stopping.
