Time flies, time flies. Wang Jie just entered this industry, just 20 years old, as the saying goes, Wang Jie in the machinery manufacturing industry is 30 years.

From the beginning of Kclover's establishment, Sister Wang has become a member of the enterprise, and has also witnessed the company's transformation from small to large and from nothing to something.

"At the beginning, the company had only a dozen employees and a single business. In the process of development, gradually increasing the number of personnel, increasing product categories, technology to follow the needs of the market constantly improve, and now the company has stable development, business diversification, technology in the international leading position." "Even though I was busy and often worked overtime, I gained a lot and grew a lot by following the company along the way," she added.

From apprenticeship to independent assembly, and then to the team leader, Sister Wang has come step by step, and she has taken on more and more responsibilities. In the middle of 2020, the customer placed an urgent order - the entire production line of Kclover's new PUR1300CNC, which is composed of 14 different equipment. After receiving the notice, Sister Wang immediately communicated with the technical staff, understood the raw materials needed for production, confirmed the order quantity of raw materials with purchasing colleagues, and organized workers to quickly put into production. Under the organization and coordination of Sister Wang, all employees worked overtime and delivered the equipment in advance in only 45 days.

"Although I am a supervisor, I still enjoy working with my brothers and sisters in the workshop, and whenever I help them successfully solve a problem and complete the production of a piece of equipment, I feel a sense of accomplishment." Because of our efforts, we can deliver orders for customers ahead of time, the kind of joy is overflowing! Because of our efforts to create value for customers, no matter how hard and tired it is worth it!"

Because of my work, I have more family.  

When asked about the balance between family and work, Sister Wang said: "Like our era, most people will focus on work," her eyes were firm, "the children are taken care of by grandparents, I can have more energy in the work, after returning home at night, the children and the elderly are asleep." I was worried they wouldn't understand, but when I saw the food warm in the pan, I was relieved."
