This machine is suitable for laminating the surfaces of MDF boards, particle boards, PB boards, calcium silicate boards, magnesium oxide boards, PVC foam boards, aluminum panels, WPC doors, etc., in the width range of 50‑600mm, with roll materials such as PVC film, laminating paper, wood veneer, CPL, leather, aluminum foil, and copper foil.

 

Performance Features

 

This machine is a CNC unit with memory function for processed board dimensions. When the same product is produced again, the previous data can be recalled directly. Each dimension change takes only about 5 minutes, greatly reducing setup time. It features dual‑roll unwinding with automatic film splicing, and an automatic tension compensation system for PVC film and other surface materials to maintain constant tension during production. Standard configuration includes Siemens servo system, Siemens PLC, frequency converter, and touch screen.

 

This machine uses PUR reactive hot‑melt adhesive with a scraping application method. It can laminate the front surface and both side edges of boards, with a high production speed of up to 30 meters per minute. It is solvent‑resistant and has excellent weather resistance, with no adhesive failure at temperatures between -40°C and 140°C. The adhesive application amount is controlled by the PLC, achieving precision and glue savings. The machine is equipped with a 55‑gallon glue applicator. Optional features include automatic film splicing, brush dust removal, a primer application device, a PVC film corona treater, and a protective film attachment device.
