What do you think is the biggest challenge of this job?    


From the after-sales point of view, the biggest challenge is to meet the emergency repair, because the situation of each site may be different, this time you need to withstand the pressure of all aspects. This is not only a test of an engineer's technical ability, but also a test of the engineer's psychological endurance and adaptability. Therefore, we need engineers to rely on professional technology and rich experience to quickly locate problems and propose solutions to reassure customers, so that they will trust us, recognize us, and know that our services are professional.


In terms of technological innovation, I think the biggest challenge is to turn the "dead" into "alive". Simply put: Assemble a bunch of "big heads" together, it becomes mechanical equipment, it is "dead", through technical means, let it have the ability to think, let it become intelligent, can meet our needs autonomously, this is "live". Technological breakthroughs are the biggest challenge. That's not only what I'm trying to do right now, that's what the Clover team is trying to do right now.
