Performance Characteristics

1. This series of coating machine uses PUR reaction type hot melt adhesive, scraping coating method, can fit the front and two sides of the plate coating, the production speed is fast, the fastest 25 meters per minute; Solvent resistance, good weather resistance, the material does not open at -40~140° temperature; The amount of glue coating is controlled by PLC, which is accurate and saves glue.
2. This series of machines can adjust the width of the coating area through the hand wheel and have a counter display, thus saving the adjustment time when the size of different widths of the plate changes; The large surface is equipped with four rubber rollers with a diameter of 200 mm, and the upper roller is controlled by PLC, so as to achieve the effect of digital thickness determination of the plate.
