Alignmentdevice
After receiving the signal, the substrate is conveyed to the alignment device forstopping, and the sheet is delayed in feeding. When it intersects with the substrate, thephotoelectric detection detects the sheet, and the alignment device moves up, aligningthe sheet with the substrate and synchronously advancing, entering the main pressureroller for pressing.
Substrate feeding 

Driven by a cylinder, the front end of the substrate enters the conveyor and isconveyed into the main machine by the roller drive.

Used for automatic gluing of sheets, the glue machine adopts standard pressureplate heating gluing.
Feedingandgluingmechanism 
Tilt the scraper at a certain anale to make the alue coating more uniform and smooth.Adopting a 0.75KW servo motor. And adopt a unidirectional bearing design structure.When the sheet is automatically fed into the photoelectric switch position at thescraper, the upper pressure roller cylinder presses down, and the scraper begins toapply glue. After the adhesive is applied, the sheet is pressed by the main pressureroller, and the bonding speed of the sheet is completely driven by the conveyingmechanism to ensure synchronization between the bonding speed and the conveyingspeed. After the sheet is glued, the upper pressure roller cylinder is lifted.
