数控包覆机主要用于各种型材覆膜。用于门窗、移门、壁柜的型材包覆。数控包覆机安装了机械臂和定位臂，每个臂都有位置记忆功能。首次调轮在操作屏上输入型材的尺寸，定位臂自动固定型材，在覆膜时只要电脑保存过这种型材的参数可以随时数控调轮，本设备调轮速度快，精度高，操作灵活方便。

Brush dust removal device

The brush roller uses a combination of brown hair and gauze, and is installed in multiple groups. If any group is worn, it can be replaced individually. 

Fan dust removal device

The blowing device can blow off some difficulttohandle dust on  the surface of the profile. The blowing device adopts a universal connection, and the blowing angle can be adjusted according to the actual working conditions.

Primer device

Before the profile enters the lamination process, first apply primer to the parts to be processed to meet the bonding requirements when the profile is laminating.

Automatic film splicing device

The automatic film changing device can be used to change the film roll through the conversion handle when one of the rolls of film is almost used up. The next roll of film can be connected without stopping the machine.

Big wheel pressing mechanism

The pressing mechanism is used to automatically press various profiles, guide the profiles to be coated, and numerically control the tightness and height of the pressing wheel. With memory function, CNC return. The up and down stroke can reach 200mm.

Positioning arm description

The width and height of the profile can be directly input on the computer  for CNC positioning The positioning time only takes about 1 minute, It also has memory and CNC return Save film, materials and glue.
